After consultations at both, I was extremely impressed by the personal attention and care this team showed when answering all my questions. Most importantly, they offered a very fair price for removing a fairly large tattoo on my inner forearm.

After three sessions here, I can confidently say I made the right choice. My tattoo has faded significantly, and the technicians have been incredibly careful with the laser to avoid excessive blistering. This treatment itself is not supposed to be pleasant by nature, but Mabir and her team made me feel that I’m still at the spa: welcome personnel, massage chair, blankets and very nice clean facility. I had a great consult & first laser appointment here. I've never been to a medspa of any kind before and the interior was clean and contributed to a calm atmosphere. I spoke with the owner who, I have to say, was incredibly professional and respectful. I did not feel like she was trying to push some sort of agenda of "you must be young forever!!!" On the contrary, it felt more like her goal was COMFORT and confidence. Yes, okay, we all wanna look taut and pretty, but she didn't reference any beauty standards or whatever. At a young age, I made a decision to get my eyeliner tattooed by someone in their home. Young and dumb, I know. Anyway, my eyeliner was uneven, too thick, was above my lash line, and quickly turned from black to blue 😩 Finding someone qualified enough and who had the advanced technology needed to laser permanent eyeliner was impossible. I spent 11 years embarrassed of my eyes and full of regret. That is, until I found Healthydermis. All the staff is so wonderful. Nelly was so helpful from the first phone call. She is an absolute gem. Dr. Mabir is personable, knowledgeable, and an all out miracle worker. After just 2 sessions, the liner on my left eye is almost GONE! Highly recommended. The staff is excellent. I will continue to use them for my tattoo removals (both current and future). They are true professionals and care for their patients.

It has been a long process (started over 3 years ago, 20 sessions so far, 6-8 weeks in between sessions).

This isn't for the faint of heart, it does hurt (a lot!) but gets easier after each session.

As you can see from the pictures (prior to removal and then what it looked like just prior to the 20th session), I had a large piece on my back and while it is not completely gone yet, the difference is amazing - and no scaring!

I'll try to remember to post a final update once it has been completely removed....more

I received my first laser hair removal treatment today, and it was remarkably painless. The underarms and Brazilian area were targeted during the procedure. The technician who performed the treatment created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I will return in a few months to provide feedback on the treatment's progress and whether it justifies the cost.

Update January 3rd : I just had my 5th session today and the results have been amazing!!! I have even started two new areas since I first started my sessions. I will come back in a few months for another update....more

My consultation and same day peel were by far the best experience I’ve had at a medspa. I arrived in a panic but Dr. Riveros immediately put me at ease. She explained in detail what was happening with my face and came up with a plan. She was able to fit me in for a mild chemical peel directly after the consultation.
